Our Team
Jenny Rae joined the team in 2010. She graduated from the University of Virginia and obtained her MBA from Columbia Business School. She joined Bain after traveling around the world, writing a book, working on financial public policy in South Africa and sailing across the Atlantic Ocean. In short, she’s done everything we all wish we could do, but never get around to :)
Since leaving Bain to co-found a tech company she has advised over 45 different early- and mid-phase companies around the world, retired twice, and built up a real estate portfolio.
Namaan began his career on Capitol Hill focused on strategic communication, had a stint in development for an international nonprofit, and is now COO at Management Consulted, where he has developed strategic partnerships with global brands (e.g., Meta, Motorola Solutions, CVS Health) and helped make Management Consulted the #1 global resource for strategy/analytics skills training.
Namaan manages MC’s global team, serves as editor-in-chief for the world’s largest strategy-focused media platform (4M+ annual readers), and spearheads the firm’s considerable revenue growth initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor to university and corporate clients.

Benjamin Foo
Ex-Bain, INSEAD MBA
After graduating from INSEAD, Ben joined Bain's Southeast Asia office, serving clients in TMT, Financial Services, and Private Equity. At Bain, he was part of the interviewing team that ran both interviews and recruiting events.
Ben is currently working for SEEK, a leading owner-operator of employment portals across Asia Pacific, and is a member of the Asia Leadership team. In his role, he works with senior execs on critical business priorities in the Technology & Product space.
Ben has hundreds of coaching hours under his belt, and many of his clients have secured offers at Bain, BCG, McKinsey and other top consulting firms.
Beyond work and coaching, Ben is an avid tennis player and enjoys traveling.
Brian Dunne
Ex-BCG & Citigroup
Brian worked as a consultant in BCG’s New York office focusing on corporate and digital strategy across industries. Prior to BCG, Brian worked in corporate strategy at IBM and as an Investment Banker for Citigroup.
While at BCG, Brian was a designated experienced hire coach focused on supporting experienced hires and non-traditional candidates (JDs/PhDs) through the case interview process under tight timelines.
At IBM, Brian stood up the digital strategy team's recruitment platform including its candidate identification and evaluation process via the case method and has an inside view on tackling digital/tech oriented cases. Brian takes a modular approach to case coaching identifying and prioritizing direct next steps and providing an action plan for incremental improvement.
As a non-target candidate in both IB and MBB recruiting, Brian has deep personal experience navigating rigorous interview processes successfully and is passionate about sharing his approach.
Cory Pratt
David Batubara
Ex-Bain
David spent 3 years at the Bain & Company Southeast Asia office, becoming a core member of the firm's financial service (banking, asset management) and telco practice.
At Bain, David spearheaded the office's recruiting initiatives, all the way from conducting interviews to developing Bain SEA's first case club program to prep candidates from non-traditional backgrounds (industry hire and advanced degree).
Passionate about coaching and mentorship, David has been coaching candidates for 5+ years with many of his mentees securing offers from consulting firms all across the globe.
David graduated from Tufts University with a double major in Economics and International Relations. Outside of work, David loves spending his time on endurance sports, traveling and reading up on modern world history.
Divya Agarwal
Ex-McKinsey, MIT Sloan MBA
Divya spent 8 years with McKinsey as an Associate Partner in the Organization Performance, People and Transformation practice. She is the Founder and CEO of Vivekam, a boutique talent development Firm. Over her time at McKinsey, she coached ~500 candidates and was a regional sponsor for recruiting initiatives in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Divya works to understand what motivates people and systems to organize, respond, and relate in the way they do. She has been a counselor to Fortune 500 companies and executives for 12 years, focused on business transformation, organization design and culture, building strategic talent functions and effective teams, and leadership development.
Divya received her BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, MBA from MIT, and Masters in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School.
Edward Sinclair
Ex-McKinsey, Ex-Corporate Lawyer
Ed spent over 2 years at McKinsey, and was heavily involved in recruitment. He has coached over 50 candidates through the recruitment process, most of whom were successful. Ed is a very practical coach who focuses on repeatable fundamentals, and provides simple and actionable feedback to improve performance.
Ed came to McKinsey from a non-target school (first from his University to ever be hired by McKinsey), and from a non-traditional background (Bachelor of Arts and Laws) so understands how to come from a different path and break into MBB.
Eli Gentle
Ex-McKinsey EM
Eli spent over 6 years at McKinsey, where he was an Engagement Manager in Dubai and Paris. He primarily supported retail and consumer goods clients on strategic and organizational topics.
Eli has assessed 400+ candidates for Business Analyst, Associate and other client-facing roles at McKinsey. He was part of on-campus recruiting teams for Georgetown, INSEAD and IMD Lausanne during his time as a consultant.
In addition to his consulting experience, Eli has worked in the start-up space in Dubai and private equity investing in Namibia, where he was raised.
Eli holds a BS in Economics from The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and an MA in Arab Studies from Georgetown. He is currently a full-time flute performance student at the Peabody Conservatory of Johns Hopkins University.
Fangfei Yin
Ex-BCG, Stanford MBA
Fangfei worked in the BCG SF and LA offices for 4 years, where she was a core member of the private equity practice. She is currently pursuing her MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. During her time at BCG, she focused primarily on buy/sell-side due diligence work and portfolio strategy. She also completed an international rotation in the private equity group of BCG's Stockholm office and a 9 month externship at a B2B SaaS startup.
Outside of casework, Fangfei helped lead undergraduate recruiting at UC Berkeley (her alma mater) and coached many candidates through the interview process. She was also involved in the learning and development team at BCG, where she provided on-the-job training to consultants across North America. In her free time, Fangfei enjoys travelling, eating Asian food, and is an aspiring wine snob. She can't wait to meet you and help you through your consulting journey!
Francisco Monteiro
Ex-BCG, INSEAD MBA
Francisco spent 5 years at BCG Lisbon, where he acquired experience in strategy development, organization design, client enablement and process optimization, and focused on wide range of sectors such as Financial Institutions (banking and insurance), Industrial Goods (e.g., Mobility, Forest products), Health Care (Pharma) and Retail.
While at BCG, Francisco was a member of the Recruiting team, conducting 100+ interviews and participating in frequent “Crack the case” workshops at local universities.
Passionate about teaching and coaching, Francisco has been a private tutor since early days at University, and more recently started coaching candidates after joining BCG. What is first started as an informal coaching to university colleagues, friends, and later MBA colleagues, has now officially evolved into coaching of candidates worldwide and helping them succeed in any recruiting process.
Francisco holds an MBA from INSEAD and a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Lisbon. He is currently an independent consultant with a focus on Manufacturing and Retail. Outside of work, Francisco loves spending time with his wife and friends, playing sports and always following his soccer team's latest updates.
Jordan Clarke
Ex-BCG PL, Darden MBA
Jordan has given 200+ cases and has helped many applicants obtain internships and full-time offers across BCG, Bain, McKinsey, Deloitte, Parthenon, LEK, Kearney, Strategy&, and corporate strategy. He worked as a 2nd year coach at UVA Darden School of Business, helping guide first-year students through the recruiting process (e.g., resume and cover letter review, behavioral and case interview practice, and networking advice) and has been a part of the recruiting team at both BCG and Nike.
Before Darden, Jordan played professional basketball in the top leagues of Denmark, England, Chile, and Argentina. He then interned in BCG’s DC office before joining full-time after graduation. He spent 3 years at BCG, most recently as a Project Leader where he developed deep expertise in Consumer (Fashion and Luxury, Apparel, Retail, and CPG) and Private Equity (Commercial Due Diligences, Vendor Due Diligences, and Market Landscapes).
Jordan is currently a Director in Nike’s Enterprise Strategy Group where he leads a team focused on cross-functional initiatives impacting Nike’s long-term strategy.
Juliane Hoss
Ex-Bain
Juliane Hoss is an experienced systemic coach with clients from all around the world. Her career started as a management consultant with Bain & Company in Johannesburg where she worked for three years in the Private Equity Group and on large transformation projects. Afterwards, she was asked to build a niche research and consulting company for a trust developing structures and services for public sector consulting.
In 2023, she joined a newly launched management consulting company called Anura Partners in South Africa, where she leads training activities and conducts case interviews with prospective candidates. She holds a Masters in Psychology from the University of Constance, Germany, and a Masters in Human Resources and Organisations from the Department of Management at the London School of Economics.
She is passionate about youth work, personal growth and transformation - over the past 10 years, she has built a non-profit organization focusing on diversity, societal justice, anti-racism.
Laura Ackermann
Ex-BCG & McKinsey (English & Mandarin)
Laura is a former McKinsey and BCG management consultant with 7 years' experience leading client projects, staffing teams, and recruiting candidates. She’s a passionate career coach who has successfully helped dozens of candidates receive MBB offers. She was a McKinsey interviewer herself and coached countless high potential candidates as an “office buddy”.
Laura is a strong believer in tailoring the case approach to each individual’s strengths and styles (just as a good team lead should!), and can offer case structures that are not only reproducible across cases but also feel authentic and specific to individual cases.
In addition to case coaching, Laura is passionate about helping candidates (1) Prepare for fit interviews by helping them come across as their best selves; (2) Identify their ideal home office by discussing the pros and cons of different offices across North America, Europe, and Asia - including ease of getting offers, pay and tax differences, as well as career progression prospects; (3) Negotiate job offers.
Laura grew up in China and Singapore, studied at the University of Cambridge in the UK, and started her career as an Analyst at a boutique consultancy in Australia, before moving to the US to join BCG’s San Francisco office as an Associate. Two years later she moved to McKinsey, where she spent a further four years all over the US before exiting as a Senior Engagement Manager. She’s since traveled the world, and settled in Berlin, Germany, where she’s running a negotiation consulting service for businesses and helping aspiring consultants advance their careers around the globe.
Laura is available to conduct sessions in English and/or Mandarin Chinese.
Lisa Bright
Ex-McKinsey
After graduating with majors in Accounting, Finance, and Supply Chain Management, Lisa joined McKinsey and served clients across multiple industries on both strategy and operations projects.
After receiving an offer for MBA sponsorship, she recently left McKinsey to pursue her passion with startups and is currently co-founder and CEO of two startups, one which has scaled to multiple 7-figures. Like many entrepreneurs, she works odd hours, so she is available for interviews anytime…weekends, day, or night!
Maile Dyer
Ex-Bain Manager, Booth MBA
Maile was a Manager at Bain New York and earned her MBA from Chicago Booth. During her second year at Booth, she was a Consulting Career Advisor and helped dozens of students receive consulting job offers, with several receiving multiple offers. She has given 150+ case interviews, edited dozens of resumes, developed recruiting plans, and prepared candidates for behavioral interviews. She has worked with people from different backgrounds, including those who just learned about consulting and experienced consultants looking to switch companies.
Maile is highly knowledgeable about the recruiting process, having been in Consultant-level recruiting roles for the Bain New York office and for the broader Americas region. She was also an interviewer for undergraduate candidates. During her three years at Bain, she worked on projects in private equity, consumer packaged goods, financial services, and technology.
In her free time, Maile enjoys exploring neighborhoods, going to museums, and attending concerts.
Marisa Mazzotta
Ex-BCG, Harvard MBA
Marisa spent over four and half years at BCG before moving into industry. While there, she supported recruiting on the West Coast with in-person / virtual recruiting events, mock interviews, and completed in-person and Zoom interviews for candidates of various universities at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
She is passionate about supporting your career goals and providing a tailored approach to what you want to achieve. She has completed hundreds of interviews and is positioned to support you at any stage of your journey whether it’s your first ever practice case or you are fine-tuning your approach for the first-round interview. She is also happy to support on how to succeed in behavioral interviews and networking.
Marisa obtained her MBA from Harvard Business School and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Southern California. In her free time, she likes to provide career coaching to individuals looking to transition to the consulting field. Additionally, she enjoys spinning and is an equestrian.
Nare Israelyan
Ex-BCG
Nare graduated with a degree in Business Economics from UCLA and became just the 5th UCLA student to join BCG in a decade. During her time at BCG, Nare worked on projects varying from pricing strategy, market growth, consumer behavior, and operational efficiency. She was also involved with recruiting efforts at BCG, screening candidates and giving mock case interviews.
Nare has over 700 hours of case coaching experience, and has helped countless clients receive offers at top consulting firms. She focuses on both the high level as well as the details to master the case interview.
Nare is also a working actor and former athlete, and incorporates strategies to help her clients excel under pressure while allowing their personalities to come forth. She trains her clients to go into interviews with a peak performance mindset, and believes this is what separates good candidates from those who get offers.
Pranav Aggarwal
Rafaella Lellis
Ex-McKinsey (English, Portuguese)
Rafaella worked at McKinsey for almost 4 years in the São Paulo office. Her focus was on strategy, operations, digital transformation, advanced analytics, and M&A. She is also familiar with the transition process from generalist to digital consultant.
As an additional project, she had a leadership role as the recruiting pillar for Interns, Business Analysts, Digital tracks and Associates, where she took part in mentoring and coaching more than 100 candidates.
At Management Consulted, Rafaella has mentored more than 100 candidates from around the world who were targeting top tier consulting firms for positions from intern to manager.
Rafaella is now Chief of Staff to the CEO at an early stage fintech in Brazil. She is available to conduct sessions in English and/or Portuguese.
Stuart Chang
Ex-Bain, Ex-P&G
Stuart spent over 2 years at the Bain Greater China Office, becoming a member of the private equity group. He has expertise in consumer products, consumer internet, TMT, and healthcare, with a strong track record in growth strategy development, competitive studies, project management, commercial due diligence, and e-commerce business growth. Recognized as a top 10% performer at Bain & Co, Stuart is known for his problem-solving capabilities, c-suite communication, and team management skills.
A core member of the Greater China recruiting team while at Bain, Stuart possesses a deep understanding of what MBB firms are looking for and the common struggles candidates face.
Before joining Bain, he served as a senior brand manager at Procter & Gamble for over 2 years. As an industry hire, he knows not only how to master the critical skills required in the consulting world when coming from a nontraditional background but also how to help candidates find their personal edge and shine in interviews.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Stuart is passionate about lecturing and mentoring. Outside of work, he enjoys scuba diving (as an advanced open water diver), basketball, and following Formula 1 racing.
Yusuf Shaikh
Ex-BCG, CFA
Yusuf is a former BCG consultant, qualified CFA charterholder, and specialist within strategy, private equity, and venture capital. He was based in BCG's Johannesburg office as an Associate, serving clients in the public and private sectors while specializing in the energy, automotive, and industrial goods sectors.
He completed various projects focused on pricing optimization, corporate restructuring & strategy, and PE due diligences. Yusuf has extensive experience as a case interview coach, having run various workshops for BCG Johannesburg's graduate recruitment programs.
After BCG, Yusuf spent 3 years investing in small & growing businesses in Africa, and now advises South Africa's leading Fin-Tech on business strategy, M&A, corporate development, and expansion strategies.
Zach Tabbush
Ex-Bain, Kellogg MBA '26
After graduating from Vanderbilt with a degree in Economics and History, Zach joined Bain & Company's Dallas office, where he spent two years before opening Bain's newest office in Denver, Colorado. At Bain, Zach spent the majority of his time in the Private Equity group, with a few stints in the Operating Model practice. He recently departed Bain to pursue an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management.
Zach has extensive experience preparing students for case interviews, as well as interviewing candidates himself, having interviewed undergraduates for the Associate Consultant role across multiple cycles.
In his free time, Zach is an avid skier, home chef, and self-appointed coffee nerd, with a passion for all things Game of Thrones.
