Program Requirements

Bain Consulting Kickstart is specifically designed to foster diversity in the consulting field. Hence, eligibility is exclusive to Black, Hispanic/Latin American, and Indigenous students who are first-year (freshman) undergraduates pursuing a four-year bachelor's degree. Although international students are welcome, they must be currently studying at a university in the US or Canada.

Prior experience in consulting is not necessary to join or benefit from the program. Students from all majors and backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
