Triage Consulting Group is a San-Francisco based consultancy that provides payment review, recovery, compliance, and consulting services to hospitals. Triage consulting review have helped recover over $4 billion, and even more future losses, for over 800 hospital clients. The clientele of the firm includes university-affiliated centers, the largest health systems in the country, children’s hospitals, comprehensive cancer centers, and small, stand-alone community hospitals.  

Triage audits PPO, Workers’​ Compensation, Managed Medicare/caid, HMO, Medicaid, Medicare, and any other payer governed by a contract and/or fee schedule, ensuring that clients receive full reimbursement.

The firm aims to accomplish three primary goals with its services: Minimize Risk of Future Cash Loss, Identify and Recover Underpayments, and Provide Information for Future Contract Negotiations.
