The Stax interviewer is Joel Slater, a Director at Stax. Joel's bio:

Joel Slater is a Director at Stax with over a decade of experience advising private equity sponsors, portfolio managers, and executive corporate leaders on M&A transactions and commercial strategy. ​​

Joel’s experience spans industrial products and services, financial services, healthcare and life sciences, and enterprise technology. ​

Prior to Stax, Joel was a strategy consultant at Galt & Company. ​Joel has a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

Joel enjoys “economy travel”— visiting the places that make our economy run. Whether it’s a manufacturing plant, mine site, or wind farm, Joel loves to see industry at work. Just don’t let him near the off-highway vehicles, he might try to drive off in one.
